Return Policy

We want you and your pup to be completely in love with your Rufus + Daisy purchase. If something’s not quite right, don’t stress we’re here to help.

You can return or exchange your item if:
  • 14 days of receiving your order.
  • unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • not a final sale or custom item (we’ll always make that clear at checkout).

How it works:
  1. Email us at admin@rufusanddaisy.com.au with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. We’ll guide you through the quick return process.
  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a refund or send out your exchange within 3–5 business days.
Bundles/Kits

If you’re returning something from a bundle, no worries at all. Just a heads up: once an item is returned, the remaining pieces go back to their normal full price and your refund is worked out from that amount, because the bundle discount no longer applies.

Need a different size instead? Easy. Send back the item for an exchange and we will honour your original bundle pricing on the replacement. We want your pup looking cute and comfy with zero stress.


Return shipping:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to send your new item out to you.
