  • I’m so excited to receive my order. How long will it take to be shipped?

    We aim to process all standard orders within 1-3 business days and all express  orders on the same day (unless otherwise specified). Find more information on our shipping policy here.

  • Where does my Rufus + Daisy order ship from? 

    All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in sunny Queensland, Australia.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Standard orders up to $80 - $7.50

    Standard orders over $80 - Free

    Express orders - $15

Returns

  • Can I make a return?

  • What if my item doesn't fit?

    As long as the item/s have not been worn/used and are in their original packaging, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of when you receive your order.

  • Can I cancel my order after it's been place?

    We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.

    If you would like to adjust your order and it has not been shipped we will do our best to accomodate your request.

The product

  • Can I wash my items?

    All Rufus and Daisy products have been designed to be machine wash for hygiene reasons.

    Simply add to a wash bag and wash on gentle. Line dry, do not tumble dry.

  • Is your product suitable for use on the beach?

    Absolutely! Our collars, leads, bandanas, poop bag holders and harnesses are made from light weight quick drying material. We do recommend you rinse all buckles and clips under fresh water to remove salty residue.

  • Do you have a no pull harness?

    All harnesses help reduce the strain on your dog if the are heavy pullers. Our harness include a front d-ring which will assist you in lead training and heavy pulling.

Sizing

  • I have a big dog will your items fit?

    All of our items cater for larger breed dogs. We find the best fit options are our large collars and bandanas.

    Our largest harnesses will fit a dog the weights approximately 25-30kgs. You can check our size guide here.

  • Does your sizing accommodate mini breeds ?

    Yes, our XXS harnesses are normally the best fit for dogs the weigh between 3-5kg. Check our size guide here.

  • How do I know what size my dog will fit?

    We have a helpful size guide here that will support you in finding the perfect fit for your dog.
